Session Ready sells digital products only. Nothing is shipped.
All sales are final
Our products are digital files delivered right after purchase that can't be returned, so all sales are final. We don't offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind, buying the wrong product, or not using the files.
If something is wrong with your files
If anything is wrong with your files, contact us and we'll make it right. This includes:
- You didn't receive your download link
- A file is missing, won't open, or is damaged
- The files don't match the product page
Email us within 30 days of purchase with your order number and a short description of the problem. We'll send a working copy, fix the problem, or, if we can't fix it, refund you.
Duplicate purchases
If you bought the same product twice by accident, contact us within 30 days and we'll refund the duplicate order.
How refunds are paid
Approved refunds go back to your original payment method. Your bank may take 5–10 business days to show it.
